Driving mobile applications that change lives
PhoneGuard
Once a vehicle speed reaches 10 miles per hour as detected by global positioning satellite (GPS) tracking, the application locks the phone's keyboard, preventing the user from emailing, surfing the web or texting while driving and automatically sends a customized pre-set response that is delivered to the texter or caller that reads, for example "I am driving and will contact you when I reach my destination."

A Message from Justin:

I get it. I know it's tempting to text and drive. Well, maybe it's time to take responsibility for our actions. If someone texts you while you are driving, let them wait. You are more important than a text could ever be. And, if you know your are tempted to text back, now there's PhoneGuard, the smart phone app that manages your texts on the road - keeping you safe!
